Free Internet Eraser can clean all the junk files and cookies left behind in your system folders after your browsing the Web. Sometimes some of these files can crash your web browser, or you may experience browser slowdowns and failed connections to websites. These files are usually not harmful to your system, but they do take up space on your hard drive and should occasionally be removed. This program is made to do that for you.
You can also clean the Windows recent documents history, clipboard, Run menu history, search history and Media Player recent played items list in a few clicks using this tool and get complete privacy.
Additionally, a built-in startup manager can help you to monitor the applications that run in the background of your PC after each restart. Most of the Trojan horse viruses and adware use this same method to attack your PC: they start when your computer starts. So this startup manager can help you to deal with those little viruses easily. You can also set the program to clean all the junk files on your PC on each system startup and before every shutdown. I really like the one-click junk cleaner of this program that can do all this. |
